THE NATIONS’ CONGRESS
The House of the Nations
The Nations’ Congress (NC) is the world’s Congress of Nations and the world’s nations’ official governing organization and sanctioning public body with duties superimposed on the functional public capacities of the UN and EU. Not an alliance or union, it is the world’s nations’ own self and entity. With its convening international character of global public reign, it functions as the World Nations’ official independent, non-governmental and non-political enacting body of ordinance and constitution.
The NC functions globally, regionally and nationally in every country for civil and human rights and liberties, peace and freedom to secure and preserve a war-free and conflict-free egalitarian and libertarian world with peaceful nations and happy civil societies living in absolute freedom, peace, integrity, prosperity, solidarity and fraternity with fully-equal human rights and civil rights free from injustice, inequality, discrimination, prejudice, oppression, transgression, suppression and persecution.
The establishment of the NC through a long period of time, has progressively been materialized in the wake of current global happenings and predicaments faced by the world as detrimental realities: The global humanitarian system is currently on the verge of collapse, inter-state crises are alarmingly escalating and geopolitical tensions are rising with dreadful fragmentation while wars, poverty and famine are devastating our nations and deepening impacts of environmental disasters and climate change are threatening our vulnerable planet. Yet, the world is powerless and incapable of coming together to deal with these appalling conditions or respond their consequences efficiently.
Being left to their fate, vulnerable, unguarded, unprotected, defenseless and divulged, the nations of the world, with their own open global congress, the NC, now come forth, with its normative power, to officially assert themselves having their say, making their presence felt and seen and their voice formally heard and acted upon.
The UN and EU will ever be continuing to exist as respected world organizations working for the world nations, whom they both owe their existence, remaining counted upon, revered and embraced while showing their devotion, faith, benevolence and goodwill to the nations of the world and considering and respecting their views, opinions, preferences, calls, demands, claims and needs.
The NC will be working in cooperation and collaboration with the UN and EU and all world states and their governments and their agencies and organizations as well as national and international NGOs, institutions, and civil societies. A UN–NC–EU cooperation will uniquely be the basis of a true global integrity with a multilateral alliance of mutual inclusivity, dependence and cohesion based on loyalty, sincerity and deference without which the world will be seeing no real peace, freedom, integrity or prosperity. In its part in this historic cooperation, the NC will be supporting and aiding the world states, UN and EU verifying and promoting their work while also overseeing and observing. Not an alternative to the UN or EU or any other world organizations, the NC does not contend with them, nor does it interfere with their functions or duties; it will be cooperating and co-working with them with its crucial necessity as a buttressing, synergizing and supporting fellow world organization that complements, amplifies, improves, enhances, bolsters and nurtures their work and activities and substantially shares their global tasks and work mutually, with devotion, devoir and respect.

WHY THE WORLD NEEDS ITS NATIONS’ VOICE AND POWER
Above all predominance in effect, it is the World’s Nations who make lands the “lands”, countries the “countries”, states the “states” and sovereigns the “sovereigns”. Peoples’ reign is the basis of democracy and ultimately the mainstay of their states’ authority and power which makes the world nations’ might and command indisputable and invincible.
In the worldwide social, political and geopolitical instability and fragility we are having today through the current atmosphere of war, chaos, conflicts, anxiety, terror, famine and environmental disasters, many nations rightfully demand greater democracy while the peace, welfare, freedom and security they look for has never been reached and the levels of civil and human rights they are longing for has never been elevated enough to ensure worldwide prosperity. All that necessitates building stable, truly democratic and fully happy societies and restoring their civil values to their real dimensions of conformity with absolute serenity, public confidence, peace, freedom, public order, justice, equity and harmony towards our common future of good fortunes and prosperity. Taking that duty as its main task, the NC is the greatest multilateral international organization and the only organization that represents all nations of the world as a whole and above all the likes of UN, EU, AU, etc.
■ To eradicate the epidemics of multi-national conflicts, chaos, war, terror, famine and environmental disasters we live across the world today, we, as the citizens of the world, must put joint efforts more effectively and above substandard. To show that so we can, we must act as a whole, as the whole world, athwart the roots of all tribulations.

The nations of the world in unison, as a whole, for a sustainable and peaceful planet where all people treat each other with amity, respect and dignity.
To eradicate the epidemics of multi-national conflicts, chaos, war, terror, famine and environmental disasters we live across the world today, we, as the citizens of the world, must put joint efforts more effectively and above substandard. To show that so we can, we must act as a whole, as the whole world, athwart the roots of all tribulations.
The NC’s global balancing power.
The UN was not designed for an unbalanced world of dominant military, economic, social, and political powers where just a few balance-twisting feuding superpowers solely fight for their own interests and prosperities, not necessarily for what their very nations and the rest of the world want or wish for. This is lamentably such a world we live in today, and this is where the Nations’ Congress’s global balancing power steps in.
States are their nations’ protectors and providers, but that is not all’s done there.
So long as the universal presence of mind we need for tackling the world’s continuing series of conflicts and crises is not aligned with the World Nations’ collective eye and standpoint, all salutary hard work and praiseworthy efforts in there will continue to be inconclusive and wind up hollow and vain. Nations demand universal integrity. The true representation of nations anywhere in the world can only be done in alignment with nations themselves and that is essential to a peaceful, happy and secure future of the world.
For the nations of the planet, no longer a world broken down by wars, poverty, famine, violated freedom or human rights, environmental disasters or global health afflictions.
Driven to desperation every day, should the nations of the world continue to live in chaos, war poverty, famine and disease while they should rather live in peace, freedom, prosperity and good health? Today, the world nations do not want to live in a world that is riddled with wars and oppression, military conflicts, poverty and famine, violations of freedom and human rights, environmental disasters and grim global health issues, and certainly not with practically powerless or ineffective world organizations that lacks democratic assurance or certainty. Neither do they want a world where the UN, the praised guardian of world peace and the only protector of the planet, witnesses feuds and clashes among its own member states, and disputes and duels in its own Security Council with which it has constant discordance itself.
■ Opening a new World era of humanitarian public revolution in the history of mankind, the Nations’ Congress, the House of the Nations, is the world’s largest intergovernmental organization by public volume, capacity and capability, far larger than its fellow world organizations primarily including the UN and EU.

The forefront protector of the people, safeguarding all citizens of the world.
Working for the good and benefit of nations as their official united power and command, the Nations’ Congress promotes, supports, protects, restores, secures and preserves their communal, national and universal human rights, civil rights and liberties, democratic rights, freedom, peace, security, , equality, welfare, health, integrity, prosperity, sustainable development and environment as its principal issues in its task and on its statutory agenda.
“Together, we are not alone”: The nations of the world, with their own Congress, let their cherished planet be no longer unattended or unprotected.
Putting away the world’s fear, desperation and frustration, the Nations’ Congress brings the world nations together with the world guardians and protectors. Being left to their fate, vulnerable, deprived, unguarded, unprotected, defenseless and divulged, the nations of the world, with their own Congress, the Nations’ Congress, now come forth to officially assert themselves making their presence tangibly felt and seen and their voice formally heard.
The crucial emergence of the Nations’ Congress upon the ineluctable necessity.
The establishment of the Nations’ Congress through a long period of time, has progressively been materialized in the wake of current global happenings and predicaments which the world faces as detrimental realities: The global humanitarian system is on the verge of collapse, inter-state crises are alarmingly escalating, geopolitical tensions are rising with dreadful fragmentation while wars, poverty and famine are devastating our nations and deepening impacts of environmental disasters and climate change are threatening our vulnerable planet. As the world is yet powerless and incapable of coming together to deal with these appalling conditions or respond their consequences efficiently, devoted work and efforts from the UN, the world’s sole legitimate organizational platform for nations to lean on, in that regard, has so far proved to be insufficient to get the world out of this cascade of misery and despair and suboptimal to do the necessary to provide nations with a more secure, safer, equitable and prosperous life.
Together in unison, building a better planet, saving the universal integrity and saving the future of the World.
The UN and EU will ever continue to exist as respected by the world nations whom they both owe their existence; while both remaining counted upon, revered and embraced, they are concurrently expected, in the same way, to objectively show their devotion, faith, benevolence and goodwill to the nations they both essentially belong to, and to consider, appreciate, respect and dignify their views, opinions, preferences, calls, demands, claims and needs more transparently. For the UN, EU and the Nations’ Congress together, this is the non-debatable basis of a true global integrity that is only possible with this multilateral alliance of mutual inclusivity, dependence and cohesion based on loyalty, sincerity and deference without which the world will be seeing no real peace, freedom, integrity or prosperity. In its part of this unison, the Nations’ Congress will be supporting and aiding the world states, UN and EU verifying and promoting their work in its capacity while also overseeing, observing and reviewing their work, demeanor and performance with counter-control and counterbalance. The Nations’ Congress is not an alternative to the UN or EU, neither does it compete with them, nor does it interfere with their functions or duties; it integrates with them with its crucial necessity as a buttressing, synergizing and supporting fellow organization that complements, amplifies, improves, enhances, bolsters and nurtures their work and activities, and substantially share their tasks and workload mutually and with devotion.
